| This visit was not ideal, though not the fault of the guys at wrench. There were problems with part delivery that impacted the length of time my car was in the shop. I had figured on 2 days, not 4. However, the work done seems to be up to my usual, high expectations and I have trusted the guys with my cars for quite a few years now. I have not faith in Dave and company to tell me the truth about my car. He has saved me money and hassles in the past with advice that I trust and that, to me, is worth an occasional hiccup in anticipated repair timeframe. |

| It took way too long to take care of car. Car was in shop over month and most of time it was not even worked on. WE kept being told next week and finally next week came along and the work got done. Almost 5 weeks. |
