| Mark and Dave have been taking care of our cars for many years now, and we've always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and quality of service. Recently we took in our Mazda 3 hatchback as I thought the brakes sounded off. Turns out the brakes were fine and there was just a bit of fender lining rubbing against the tire causing the noise. North End Wrench got us fixed up and on our way. Thanks guys! |

| Appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the very reasonable prices. Would have rated 5 stars except that I never received a definitive explanation of what was wrong with my car -- carbon buildup was suspected but not certain. I will say, though, that my car has been running fine since I brought it in and it was running very rough before taking it in. |

| Speed of getting back to me on the work/getting it done was over a week. Understand that this happens with 'busy' shops that do excellent work! |

| I love the quality and professionalism. However the shops prices are at, or above, a dealership estimate. |

| Very good experience. David takes time to explain things and genuinely seems to like cars. Mark is also helpful and takes whatever time is needed to answer questions and set up appointments. As a bonus, it is a good place to have a classic car worked on, and is close to home. It can be tough to find people willing and qualified to work on old cars. Heck, I may start bringing my Toyota in for service! I don't yet have enough experience with them to give a 5 star rating. But I will do business with them again. And I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. |

| Generally I have a very high opinion of the Northend Wrench. This visit was a bit frustrating due to a breakdown in communication - I had to coordinate a rental car. But it all worked out. |
