| I appreciated the fact that you noticed the battery was weak, and you recommended I check with the place I bought the battery, in case I had a warranty. I did and got the battery replaced at no charge. |

| If you are old school like me, we remember the good ol' days when we felt we had a friend in the car repair business. North End Wrench is that friend! No one is ever happy about having to spend lots of money on car repairs. Dave and Mark understand this, and do their very best to minimize the agony. They are busy for a good reason. They earn your trust, and they do good work! |

| Mark and Dave have been taking care of our cars for many years now, and we've always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism and quality of service. Recently we took in our Mazda 3 hatchback as I thought the brakes sounded off. Turns out the brakes were fine and there was just a bit of fender lining rubbing against the tire causing the noise. North End Wrench got us fixed up and on our way. Thanks guys! |
