| I appreciated the fact that you noticed the battery was weak, and you recommended I check with the place I bought the battery, in case I had a warranty. I did and got the battery replaced at no charge. |

| If you are old school like me, we remember the good ol' days when we felt we had a friend in the car repair business. North End Wrench is that friend! No one is ever happy about having to spend lots of money on car repairs. Dave and Mark understand this, and do their very best to minimize the agony. They are busy for a good reason.
