| I had my high mileage Suburban serviced at The Northend Wrench. The tech identified a couple of issues, one of which was a prior repair where the part had failed. They took care of the part failure under warranty, no questions. My truck has 177,000 hard miles on it, and I have the Northend Wrench maintain it. The truck is dead reliable and never lets me down, even though it receives hard use. |

| Dave, Mark, and the guys at North End Wrench are first rate when it comes to automotive repair. From being one of the few places that provide loaner vehicles to the honest and accurate evaluations of which services/repairs your car really does need at the moment. I know from years of experience dealing with North End Wrench my car will be repaired correctly and if by some slim chance something is not up to your expectation they will make it right. Dave and Mark run a trustworthy and respectable business. |

| The folks at NW replaced a front wheel bearing on my aging truck/SUV and took the initiative to use a complete hub assembly to assure a long-term fix. Their ability to deeply analyze the problem and come up with creative solutions at a fair price is what sets them apart from the other automotive-repair shops in my area. |
