| needed a bulb replaced on my Volvo, I left a message and they returned my call quickly, got me in the nxt day and quickly replaced the bulb and then checked all the other lights. Great guys, fantastic to work with and always service oriented. |

| The Northend Wrench is my place for automotive work. The crew always surpasses my expectations and completes the repair / inspection to my satisfaction. The preventative maintenance provided has saved me money and more importantly, being stranded by my vehicle breaking down. This is very important. The preventive maintenance inspection is a great investment. I am notified before the issue becomes a problem allowing me to plan for the repair. This inspection is done at a reasonable cost. Did I mention the mechanics list needed repairs without the pressure to "fix it now". Of course, safety issues are stated and addressed after me authorizing the repair. Thanks.
