| Usually the shop is not open on weekends, but when my car broke down on Saturday, the shop was illuminated when the tow arrived with my car. Dave graciously provided a loaner car immediately and I was on my way again! I was accommodated throughout the diagnosis of the odd presentation of my car's problem and repair later in the week. I love their service! |

| In an age of "fast in and out service car service" coupled with outrageous rip-off prices, The North End Wrench stands tall with it's highly trained staff, wonderful service, and fair prices. Finding a place to take your "baby" is important, and THIS place is the real deal. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to know I've found THE perfect place to service my MINI. The thing I like best is their HONESTY and INTEGRITY. 5 stars to my favorite car servicing spot in the city. |

| Love these guys; no bullsh*t, they listen to your situation and do what you need. I purchased a 2005 Audi A8 and had them check it after my local mechanic did some diagnosis work couldn't do the job. These guys inspected the car, gave me a prioritized list of things that needed to be done, and completed the initial repairs under the estimated cost. |
