| I had been told that my 2005 Toyota Highlander would need new tires this coming winter, unless we have a mild winter. Because I sometimes transport my loving grandchildren, I didn't want to chance waiting to see what type of winter we'd have. I especially appreciate that Northend Wrench suggested a business for me to purchase my tires. I told Mark that I'd like to do some research on my own and, lo and behold, five other places that I checked out (including two others that Mark had suggested) could not match the cost of the one business that Northend suggested, including mounting and hazard warranty. I've patronized Northend Wrench since 2010, and have no plans on going elsewhere. |

| I always appreciate the excellent service that I receive at Northend Wrench, and especially appreciate being told ahead of time when parts, or specific work, is going to be needed in the near future. I've been a customer since 2010, and although they're almost 30 minutes from my house, I have no plans on getting auto service elsewhere! |

| My goodness, these guys are amazing! Professional, yet friendly. Knowledgeable, yet humble. I've had my Porsche 996 / 911 there three times (four, if I include the track weekend tech inspection). They were recommend to me by a BMW owner. Each time the experience was the same. They always did the work I requested without pressuring me to have other work done and always did what they could to save me money. Their estimates were accurate and they kept me informed of the progress of their work without me having to call. After each job was done they explained exactly what they did and why they did it while teaching me more about my car. They always have very interesting cars there, from classics to, what appear to be, brand new cars. The last time I was there they even had an Edsel. I always end up taking pictures of at least one car while I'm there. I have seen people come in for quick fixes or tire air on their Mercedes and the crew there was happy to help. I can't say enough good things about this shop. As a matter of fact, this is the first time I have ever written a review of any establishment - that's how impressed and totally satisfied I am. |
