| Dave's team is always very thorough and honest. Oil changes are not cheap, but include a once over inspection on everything to be sure its road worthy for the next 6 months and gives me the same satisfaction and peace of mind as if my father had doe it. |

| I had been told that my 2005 Toyota Highlander would need new tires this coming winter, unless we have a mild winter. Because I sometimes transport my loving grandchildren, I didn't want to chance waiting to see what type of winter we'd have. I especially appreciate that Northend Wrench suggested a business for me to purchase my tires. I told Mark that I'd like to do some research on my own and, lo and behold, five other places that I checked out (including two others that Mark had suggested) could not match the cost of the one business that Northend suggested, including mounting and hazard warranty. I've patronized Northend Wrench since 2010, and have no plans on going elsewhere. |
